Yet another Open Source licence: This one is called the Open Source Meta-Licence, and it's designed for people who don't want to bother choosing a licence, who don't want something that's accidentally incompatible with another open source licence, and who want something short. If the licence were to become OSI cetified then the reflexive clause could be deleted and it would be even shorter :-) There's perhaps a need for something more explicit than the usual "assume the same licence" licence for contributions -- in fact that's probably true for every open source program. The README could say something like, "Please send bug reports and/or patches to me. Any contributions are assumed to be effectively in the public domain unless otherwise stated."
