Graces submitted to the Regent House on 27 July 2005

The Council submit the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, other than any which is withdrawn or for which a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 105), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 5 August 2005.

1. That Recommendation I contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

2. That Recommendation II contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

3. That Recommendation III contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

4. That Recommendation IV contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

5. That Recommendation V contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

6. That Recommendation VI contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

7. That Recommendation VII contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

8. That Recommendation VIII contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

9. That Recommendation IX contained in paragraph 9 of the Second Joint Report, dated 31 and 23 May 2005, of the Council and the General Board on a new pay and grading structure for non-clinical staff (Reporter, p. 745) be approved.1

10. That the regulations for University Composition Fees (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 151) be amended, with effect from 1 September 2005, as follows:
