I am sharing a letter I just sent to ICANN regarding security concerns PayPal
has with certain strings that ICANN might delegate into the root as part of the
gTLD process. Our concerns are not related to any applicant, any application,
or a desire to interfere with the gTLD process.

Rather, we are concerned that ICANN may not be adequately considering the
implications of delegating strings like "corp" into the root. Hopefully the
attached letter explains our position on these issues but I am available should
anyone wish to discuss our concerns.

Best Regards,

Bill
